I'm a full-time portrait and school photographer and my workflow includes batch processing school yearbook photos with a couple of the features included in Luminar 4 that I'd hate to have to do without. I've checked the same procedure on another computer and everything works fine. I've even upgraded Windows from 10 to 11 - hoping that a system file was the culprit and it would resolve the issue. I've made sure the latest software (including Windows and my graphics driver) were all up to date. Since then to troubleshoot, I've done everything I can think of (unistalling and reinstalling PS, Luminar). Raw files won't open via PS but will open from the standalone Luminar program. To make it more strange, jpg's will open from PS (and from the standalone Luminar program). I hadn't updated anything (Windows PC, Luminar or PS) from the time it was working to the time it stopped. The program opens, but the image file does not load. As of yesterday, I can no longer open a tiff, raw or psd files via PS in any of the Luminar programs. Two days ago, everything worked as usual. Typically, I'd use it as a filter in PS (and often ran it as part of an action). I've been using Skylum's Luminar software for about 5 years.
